_project intro

Aligned with BMW's mission to build a sustainable future through innovative textiles, BYBORRE developed custom fabrics for the BMW i Interaction EASE concept car interior, unveiled at CES Las Vegas in 2020. The project reimagined the car cabin as an intuitive, passenger-centered space. The cabin's upholstery became a tactile, three-dimensional knitted interface. Embedded smart material enabels passengers to intuitively interact with and control the interior environment.
